Frozen Cassava

Orijin is offering its cassava fries and sticks from Ecuador.

A famous vegetable root from Latin America called CASSAVA (YUCA).

With its white flesh, you may well soon prefer it to potatoes! High in fibre, very commonly used in South American, Creole and African cuisine. Its characteristic taste evokes sweet chestnut.

Cassava is well accompanying meat or fish dish, but can also be used as dips with our barbecue sauce Head Country.
